Beverly Puckett Bennett, 36, and her expected child, Rhiannon Faith Bennett, of Vine Grove, KY died of natural causes Monday, May 17, 2004 at home. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Alton Puckett in May of 2000 and a brother, Robert Alton Puckett II, in April of 2004. Her mother and step-father Jacqueline and G. Ted Smith of Owensboro, her brothers, Dr. Gregory Puckett of Vine Grove and Jay Smith of Houston, an uncle, Mike Butler of Owensboro, and two aunts, Betty Puckett of Owensboro and Joanne Cole of Salem, IN survive her. A private family service will be held at Trinity Episcopal Church.
