Coryn, Anthony E. ''Tony'', 91, of St. Petersburg, died Monday, April 30, 2007 at St. Anthony's Hospital.  He came here in 1948 from his native, Moline, IL.  A 1939 graduate of the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis, he went on to serve in the Navy during WWII.  He taught briefly at St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa before moving to St. Petersburg.  A businessman and entrepreneur, he founded  Dairy-Mix, Inc. in 1948, which is still operated by his family.  He later founded Gulfcoast Plastics in Tampa, and ''Antec'' a cattle ranch in Brooksville, all owned and operated by his family today.  He was past-president of the National Ice Cream Mix Association, a member of the St. Petersburg Yacht Club and the 8 O'clock Investment Club.  An avid golfer and tennis player, he was a former member of Lakewood Country Club and the St. Petersburg Tennis Center.  He was a member of the Board of Directors for Catholic Charities, a 4th Degree Knight of Columbus, and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.   Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Helen, two daughters, Mary Lawson, Laguna Beach, CA, and Ann Coryn, St. Petersburg, three sons, Edward, Clearwater, John,  St. Petersburg, and Thomas, Brandon, 15 grandchildren and 3 greatgrandchildren.  Brett Funeral Home & Cremation Services, St. Petersburg.
