Kevin D. Anderson, 43, of 7085 11th Road, Bourbon, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, January 21, 2003 at 4:00 PM at St. Joseph RMC, South Bend Campus, South Bend. He was born on May 25, 1959 in Rochester to Dennis and Jalaine (Smythe) Anderson. He married Sue Cain Anderson on April 1, 1988 in Plymouth, Indiana. He was a member of the Plymouth Bowling League and bowled for Dean Foods. Kevin also served in the Indiana National Guard for 20 years. In 2000, Kevin graduated from Ancilla College and was a member of Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society. He was employed by Hoosier Tire as a treader. He is survived by his wife, Sue Anderson of Plymouth, Indiana, Father, Dennis (Mary) Anderson of Silver Lake, Indiana, Mother, Jalaine Anderson of Warsaw. Also surviving are his Daughter, Deby (Matt) Gauthier of Phoenix, Arizona, Step-son, David Cain of Plymouth, Indiana, Step-Daughter, Heather Cain of Plymouth, Indiana, Brother, Jay (Tina) Anderson of Warsaw, Indiana, Sister, Beth (Russ) Roesner of Mentone, Indiana and Sister, Kara Anderson of Silver Lake, Indiana, as well as his grandmother Iris Thompson of Mentone, Indiana. Services will be held Saturday, January 25, 2003 at 2:00 PM at the Van Gilder Funeral Home in Plymouth, Indiana. Burial will be at the New Oak Hill Cemetery on Saturday, January 25, 2003. Friends may call Friday, January 24, 2003 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Van Gilder Funeral Home, 300 West Madison Street in Plymouth, Indiana.
